Qualifications

• 5+ years of business valuation experience in public accounting or valuation firm.
• CPA required; ABV, ASA, CVA, or CFA preferred.
• Public Accounting Tax experience (3–5 years) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support tax-related matters through valuation analyses.
• Perform financial analysis, modeling, and industry research.
