Job summary

BDO USA, LLP is seeking a Managing Director for Valuation & Capital Markets Analytics in Houston. Lead and deliver challenging valuation engagements, manage staff, and assist with business development.

Will coordinate with Alliance and international firms as needed and oversee project delivery from proposal through completion. The role requires deep valuation expertise, leadership, and a track record in client relationship management, with an emphasis on quality and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Ten (10) plus years of business valuation experience at Big 4 or national role
• Significant experience in business valuation and intangible assets
• Prior experience in financial reporting valuation and appraisal review
• CPA, CFA, AM, ASA or other valuation credentials preferred

Responsibilities

• Execute business development plans with valuation leadership
• Build relationships with executives to grow office lines and industries
• Oversee client project delivery including research, financial analyses, cash flow forecasts and reports
• Ensure quality controls across all work products
• Lead and develop VBA staff, providing feedback and objectives
