Job summary

Qualifications

• Pursuing and/or recently graduated with a degree in engineering, real estate, accounting, finance, business, economics or equivalent.
• Preferred GPA of 3.0 or above.
• Coursework or minor in data/analytics, information systems or software is preferred.
• Demonstrated interest in real estate valuation and finance concepts; ARGUS is a plus.
• Proficiency in Excel-based modeling; VBA and data visualization are a plus.
• Strong communication, leadership, and collaborative skills; ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with valuation analysis of real property and personal property and prepare reports.
• Collaborate with senior team on client deliverables and presentations.
• Perform market research and property inspections to support valuation.
• Read and analyze leases related to equipment and commercial real estate.
• Support audit teams as tangible asset specialists for valuations.
• Develop capabilities in AI, Alteryx, Power BI and related technologies.
