KPMG LLP is seeking an Associate/Senior Associate in our Valuations practice. The role involves valuing real estate, machinery & equipment, and personal property, and reviewing fixed asset ledgers to support client financial reporting and planning.

Site visits may be domestic or international as needed. Responsibilities include presenting analyses to senior leadership and assisting with third-party valuations, with opportunities to develop expertise across tangible assets within a consulting

Formación

• 1+ year valuation or financial analysis experience
• Strong Excel and written/verbal communication
• Ability to work in a team or independently

Responsabilidades

• Develop valuation knowledge across real estate, machinery & equipment, and personal property
• Review fixed asset ledgers and asset listings
• Conduct site visits domestically and internationally
• Assist with third-party valuations
• Present analyses to senior leadership
• Prepare valuations for tangible assets (real estate, machinery & equipment, personal property)
