Qualifications

• 2–4 years of private credit valuations experience.
• Excellent financial modelling skills.
• Knowledge of global fund and corporate vehicle structures.
• Understand the driving factors for credit valuations and overall economics of the credit assets.

Responsibilities

• Review portfolio company performance and identify key drivers.
• Communicate with investment team, analyze financial reporting and outlooks.
• Own the quarterly third-party valuation process and liaise with valuation firms.
• Maintain supporting documentation and updates for the valuation committee.
• Update asset-level and fund-level models and explain changes.
• Explain major drivers causing differences in actual vs expected fund performance.
• Assess capital calls based on cash position and deal pipeline.
• Propose hedging options for foreign-denominated deals.
