Job summary

Arrow Search Partners seeks a reactive finance professional with 2–4 years of private credit valuations experience to support the valuation processes and reporting for a global investment platform. You will analyze performance drivers, liaise with investment teams, and maintain detailed valuation documentation for quarterly reviews.

The role requires strong financial modelling skills, understanding of fund structures, and the ability to explain valuation dynamics across assets.

Qualifications

2–4 years of private credit valuations experience.
Excellent financial modelling skills.
Knowledge of global fund and corporate vehicle structures.
Understand the driving factors for credit valuations and overall economics of the credit assets.

Responsibilities

Review portfolio company performance and identify key drivers.
Communicate with investment team, analyze financial reporting and outlooks.
Own the quarterly third-party valuation process and liaise with valuation firms.
Maintain supporting documentation and updates for the valuation committee.
Update asset-level and fund-level models and explain changes.
Explain major drivers causing differences in actual vs expected fund performance.
Assess capital calls based on cash position and deal pipeline.
Propose hedging options for foreign-denominated deals.
