Job summary

Liquid Strategies, LLC, an Atlanta-based investment manager, seeks a Valuation Specialist to own the valuation process for interval funds and other alternative investments, with emphasis on private credit. This highly visible role reports to the CFO and interfaces with Portfolio Management, Fund Management, and external partners.

You have 3–5 years of valuation experience, a background in valuing private credit, and a degree in Accounting (preferred).

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of valuation experience in private credit or complex investments.
• Familiarity with Advent APX or similar investment accounting platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting (preferred) or related field.
• Experience preparing board materials and investment memoranda.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end valuation processes for interval funds and other complex investments.
• Prepare clear valuation reports and memoranda for senior leadership and boards.
• Coordinate the Valuation Committee and support external auditors.
• Partner with Portfolio Management, Fund Management, Finance, and auditors.
