Job summary

The McLean Group in Tysons Corner, VA is seeking a highly motivated Valuation Analyst/Associate to join its Valuation Advisory team. You will support valuations of companies, securities, and intangibles for financial reporting, tax compliance, equity plans, transactions, and litigation matters.

Responsibilities include in-depth valuation analyses using DCF, market multiples, and option pricing; researching industries and market data; preparing clear valuation reports and presentations; and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred but not required.
• Strong financial modeling and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-depth valuation analyses using DCF, market multiples, and option pricing.
• Conduct thorough research of companies, industries, and markets to inform assumptions.
• Develop valuation reports and presentations communicating methodologies and findings.
• Engage with client executives and stakeholders throughout engagements.
• Contribute to thought leadership by analyzing valuation topics and trends.
