The role requires CPA/CVA/CBA credentials or eligibility, a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills. You will engage clients, mentor juniors, and help grow the firm’s advisory practice in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in business valuation or related work.
• CPA, CVA, ABV, or CBA license or eligible.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
• Strong skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and financial modeling.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed financial analyses and support valuation and advisory reports.
• Explain findings to clients and team; provide actionable recommendations.
• Manage smaller consulting engagements, timelines and deliverables.
• Mentor junior staff and meet billable targets.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver holistic advisory solutions.
