Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Associate/Vocational training in a technical field.
• 1+ year in a design QA, manufacturing QA, or regulated lab setting.
• Experience with data loggers, scales, pressure gauges or similar instrumentation.
• Medical device, biotech, pharma, or healthcare exposure is a plus.
• Strong documentation and attention to detail required.

Job Title: Verification & Validation (V&V) Test Technician – Temp to PermLocation: Manchester, NHOpenings: 2 OpportunitiesPay Rate: $22–23/hr depending on experience and shiftShifts Available:• 1st Shift – 6:30 AM – 3:00 PMDuration: 6-Month Temporary to PermanentPosition Summary and Special Duties:As a V&V Test Technician, your day-to-day duties will consist of, but may not be limited to:• Executing detailed test procedures according to written instructions in a regulated environment.• Working closely within a testing team consisting of Test Managers, Shift Leads, Engineers, and Technicians.• Accurately documenting test results to support regulatory approval and manufacturing release.• Ensuring test results reflect true test conditions and meet FDA documentation standards.• Identifying, reporting, and escalating anomalies observed during testing.• Collaborating with engineering teams for troubleshooting and continuous improvement initiatives.• Providing feedback to improve the accuracy and repeatability of test procedures.• Operating and utilizing test equipment such as data loggers, scales, pressure gauges, and related lab/testing equipment.• Supporting projects involving medical devices and cutting-edge healthcare technologies.Job Specifications:• Manufacturing, Mechanical, Biology, Biomedical, Biotech, Life Sciences, or related technical backgrounds are highly preferred.• Education or formal training in a technical field required (Bachelor’s Degree, Associate Degree, Vocational Education, etc.).• At least 1 year of experience in a Design QA, Manufacturing QA, laboratory, testing, or regulated environment preferred.• Medical device, biotech, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry experience is a strong plus.• Hands-on experience using testing equipment such as data loggers, scales, pressure gauges, or similar instrumentation.• Familiarity with executing test procedures created by others.• Strong computer skills including spreadsheets, software tools, and command-line instructions.• SQL experience or experience working with data sets/databases is strongly preferred.• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.• Ability to lift 25–30 lbs as needed.• Flexibility to support weekend work approximately 5–10% as needed.• Strong written and verbal communication skills.Opportunity:This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative and innovative engineering environment focused on developing cutting-edge medical technologies.
