Job Title: Manufacturing Technician (Cleanroom Environment)Location: Manchester, NHPay Rate: $20–$23/hour (1st Shift)Hours: Monday–Friday (standard daytime schedule)Duration: 6-Month Temp-to-Perm OpportunityPosition SummaryWe are seeking a Manufacturing Technician to support the production, repair, and assembly of advanced medical devices in a fast-paced, highly regulated cleanroom environment. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, comfortable with hands-on mechanical work, and committed to quality. Your work directly contributes to the release of medical products that positively impact patients worldwide.Key ResponsibilitiesYour day-to-day responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:Disassembling and reassembling medical devices using screwdrivers, wrenches, torque wrenches, tube cutters, and other basic hand toolsGluing and curing components using UV wandsPerforming laser welding operations using fixturesConducting leak testing on disposable components and durable subassembliesOperating arbor presses, often with specialized fixturesWorking closely with engineering and quality teams to ensure products meet strict safety and compliance standardsMaintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all timesRequired Skills & QualificationsDemonstrated ability to assemble and disassemble mechanical or medical componentsExperience using basic hand tools and some power tools (screwdrivers, wrenches, drills, etc.)Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in EnglishProven ability to follow written work instructions and quality standardsStrong attention to detail with solid documentation practicesAbility to maintain an organized and efficient workspacePreferred Skills (Nice to Have)Basic troubleshooting skillsLaser welding experienceSoldering experienceCable and harness assembly experienceFamiliarity with Dremels, bench grinders, arbor presses, band saws, and drill pressesExperience with drilling and tapping operationsOpportunityThis role offers a strong pathway into a long-term position with a premier medical device manufacturer that has been an industry leader in innovation for more than 30 years.
