Job summary

Top Prospect Group seeks a V&V Test Technician for a 6-month temp-to-perm role in Manchester, NH. You will execute test procedures, document results for FDA standards, and collaborate with engineers to improve processes. Able to lift 25–30 lbs and support occasional weekend work is preferred.

Ideal candidates have a technical education and QA/testing experience in medical devices or biotech environments, with strong attention to detail and solid data skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Associate/Vocational training in a technical field.
• 1+ year in a design QA, manufacturing QA, or regulated lab setting.
• Experience with data loggers, scales, pressure gauges or similar instrumentation.
• Medical device, biotech, pharma, or healthcare exposure is a plus.
• Strong documentation and attention to detail required.

Responsibilities

• Execute detailed test procedures per written instructions in a regulated environment.
• Document test results to support FDA documentation standards.
• Identify, report, and escalate anomalies observed during testing.
• Collaborate with engineers for troubleshooting and improvement efforts.
• Operate lab/testing equipment like data loggers, scales, and gauges.
