Job summary

Labcorp in Brentwood, TN seeks a Validation Specialist for its Flow Cytometry team. The role focuses on delivering validation projects with thorough documentation, data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities include bench work, data interpretation, and liaison with management to ensure instrument uptime and quality outcomes. The candidate will support validation plans, SOPs and data integrity efforts while complying with GCP, GMP and GLP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Biology or related field.
• Laboratory experience including pipetting.
• Strong computer skills and experience with Microsoft Excel and Word.

• Maintain QC, acquire specimens and perform troubleshooting on flow cytometers and lab equipment.
• Generate validation plans and reports with supervision; ensure compliance with GCP, GMP and GLP.

Labcorp is seeking a Validation Specialist to join our Flow Cytometry team in Brentwood, Tennessee!

Work Schedule:

Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Job Responsibilities

Specialist will be responsible for achieving all of the deliverables expected in a validation project within a reasonable timeline as assigned by Supervisor and Scientist. This will include performing tasks like planning, documenting, performing bench work, analysis of data, and reporting of data to management. The Specialist shall maintain, QC, acquire specimens, and perform some troubleshooting on sophisticated flow cytometers and other lab equipment. The Specialist is responsible for alerting management to instrument issues and may be required to request instrument service from appropriate vendor. Excellent written skills are required for the generation of validation plans/reports and SOPs with supervision from management. Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Biology or related field.
• Individual must have some laboratory experience that includes pipetting.
• Strong computer skills and experience with Microsoft Excel and Word
