Job summary

Johnson Controls seeks a seasoned Project Manager to lead validated environment construction projects across multiple sites. You will coordinate with Owners, Architects, Engineers, QA/Validation, and Contractors to meet IQ/OQ/PQ requirements and ensure data integrity.

Reporting to the Project Executive, you will manage scope, schedule, budgets, risk, and regulatory readiness, while fostering a safe, compliant, and collaborative team environment and delivering measurable value for GMP/GLP ISO

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of direct PM experience on large capital projects.
• Experience in validated environments (GMP/GLP/ISO 17025) for labs/biopharma.
• Strong executive communication and ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, monitor, and close validated environment projects across multiple sites, ensuring IQ/OQ/PQ, equipment qualification, data integrity, and regulatory expectations are met.
• Serve as the on-site project lead, coordinating Owners, Architects, Engineers, QA/Validation, Contractors, and Vendors to achieve objectives.
• Define and maintain project scope, schedule, and budgets; report deviations and drive scheduling with urgency while preserving quality.
• Develop validation strategies and documentation aligned with corporate policy and regulatory standards.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks; escalate with proposed remedies as needed.
• Track performance and report to the Project Executive; manage changes, procurement, and contract administration.
