Job summary

Johnson Controls, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead validated-environment construction projects across multiple sites.

You will coordinate Owners, Architects, Engineers, QA/Validation, Contractors and Vendors to achieve scope, schedule and budget baselines within regulated settings. The role requires 5–10 years of PM experience on large capital projects and a strong understanding of IQ/OQ/PQ, validation documentation, and regulatory expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
• 5–10 years of direct project management experience on large capital projects.
• Experience delivering validated environments (GMP/GLP/ISO 17025) in labs, biopharma, pharma, medical devices, healthcare, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, monitor, and close validated environment projects across multiple sites, ensuring IQ/OQ/PQ, equipment qualification, data integrity, and regulatory expectations are met.
• Serve as on-site project lead coordinating Owners, Architects, Engineers, QA/Validation, Contractors, and Vendors.
• Define and maintain project scope, schedule, and budget baselines; report deviations and push for timely delivery with quality.
