Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction, civil, mechanical, electrical engineering, construction management, business management, architecture, or related field.
• 5–10 years of direct PM experience on large capital projects in regulated environments (GMP/GLP/ISO 17025).
• Strong communication and ability to present to senior leadership and diverse stakeholders.
• Knowledge of validated environments and contract/accounting concepts.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, monitor, and close validated environment projects across multiple sites, ensuring IQ/OQ/PQ, equipment qualification, data integrity, and regulatory expectations.
• Serve as on-site day-to-day project lead, coordinating Owners, Architects, Engineers, QA/Validation, Contractors, and Vendors.
• Define and maintain project scope, schedule, and budget baselines; monitor progress and report deviations.
• Develop validation strategies and documentation aligned with corporate policy.
• Identify and mitigate project risks; elevate with proposed remedies.
• Track performance and report to Project Executive including schedule, budget, risk, QA progress.
