Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a Project Manager to lead validated environment and laboratory construction projects across multiple sites. You will work with Engineering, QA/Validation, Delivery, Sponsors, and leadership to ensure quality, compliance, and financial performance within a validated-state framework.

The role requires 5–10 years of PM experience on large capital projects, with strong communication skills and ability to manage cross-functional teams in regulated settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required and 5–10 years of direct PM experience on large capital projects.
• Experience delivering complex, multi-site validated environments (GMP/GLP/ISO 17025).
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and regulatory expectations.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, monitor, and close validated environment projects across multiple sites.
• Coordinate Owners, Architects, Engineers, QA/Validation, Contractors and Vendors to meet baselines.
• Develop validation strategies and documentation aligned with policy and standards.
• Track progress, manage changes, and report deviations to senior leadership.
• Prepare teams for regulatory inspections and audits with thorough documentation.
