Job summary

Thunder Valley Casino Resort is seeking a Valet/Transportation Assistant Manager to oversee daily operations of the Valet and Transportation Departments in a dynamic guest-focused environment. You will supervise Supervisors, Valets, and Drivers, manage scheduling, payroll, purchasing, and records while ensuring service meets company standards.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, improving shuttle operations, interviewing candidates, and maintaining DOT compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Experience in valet or transportation operations preferred.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations including drug and alcohol testing requirements.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Strong communication and leadership skills; ability to motivate and maintain a positive attitude.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Ability to obtain UAIC Tribal Gaming License.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of Valet and Transportation Departments.
• Directly supervise Valet/Transportation Supervisors, Valets, Valet Leads, Bus Drivers and Limo Drivers.
• Manage scheduling, payroll/timekeeping, purchasing, and record keeping.
• Monitor inventory, vehicle registrations and billing; ensure vehicles meet Four-Diamond standards.
• Improve shuttle services by identifying new locations and areas for stops.
• Participate in interviewing and selection of candidates for open positions.
• Respond to guest inquiries regarding transportation and valet services.
• Coordinate Transportation dispatching as needed.
