• Work long hours and a variety of day/night and weekend shifts.
• Maintain proper maintenance of Valet vehicles.
• Manage labor and operating costs for the Valet and Transportation Department.
• Ensure Bell Desk, Valet, and Transportation operate efficiently and courteously, providing quality service.
• Project a professional image of the Company at all times.
• Prioritize workload and maintain staffing levels per guidelines.
• Provide luggage pick-up and delivery.
• Provide Guest Service support for special events.
• Perform other job related duties as assigned.

• Manage labor and operating costs for the Valet and Transportation Department.
• Ensure the Bell Desk, Valet, and Transportation departments operate in an attentive, efficient and courteous manner, providing all Guests with quality service prior to, and throughout their stay.
• Project a professional image of the Company at all times.
• Ability to prioritize workload.
• Maintain department staffing levels in accordance with Graton Resort & Casino's guidelines.
• Provide luggage pick-up and delivery.
• Provide Guest Service support for special events.
• Perform other job related duties as assigned.
