Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a Traffic Coordinator to efficiently direct vehicular traffic and provide exceptional hospitality services for patients and guests. You will issue valet tickets, uphold site parking policies, and assist with luggage handling during arrival and departure as needed.

This role requires basic math, strong English reading/writing, and professional demeanor. Prior customer service or cash/registration system experience is preferred; 18+ years old with at least a GED or HS diploma.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• One to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of traffic and valet procedures.
• Must be able to read and write standard English; read and comprehend simple instructions; write simple correspondence.
• Ability to add, subtract, and perform basic monetary calculations; understand 24 hour and military time systems.
• Customer service experience is preferred; register/computer experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs vehicular traffic while providing attentive, friendly service to all patients/guests.
• Aids marketing efforts with client outreach; greets guests promptly and maintains professional demeanor.
• Assists guests with directions and inquiries; provides local information and protects guest confidentiality.
• Obtains information about daily events and rates; manages guest folios and parking operations as applicable; handles vehicle parking and retrieval as required.
