Job summary

Towne Park LLC is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality in our guest services area. You will welcome guests, assist with parking, luggage, and vehicle retrieval, and provide information about local attractions and services.

The role emphasizes a friendly demeanor, accurate ticketing and rate explanations, safe driving, and teamwork. This on-site position offers AM/PM shifts and benefits including standard insurance options.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license for the applying state.
• 1 month related experience or equivalent education.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Basic arithmetic skills and US currency calculations.
• Ability to read simple instructions and memos.
• Ability to operate a manual transmission and parallel parking (highly desirable).

Responsibilities

• Maintain a pleasant, friendly, and professional demeanor with guests, coworkers, and clients.
• Greet guests within five feet using a professional and friendly demeanor and the correct salutation of the day.
• Parking & vehicle retrieval – Park and retrieve vehicles while driving cautiously, assist with bell services and luggage storage, open all vehicle and hotel doors for guests, and account for vehicles in the valet system.
• Assist guests with information & logistics – Provide directions, taxi reservations, meeting room info, convenience store locations, and key neighborhood attractions.
• Explain parking rates & claim procedures – Discuss rates with guests upon arrival, issue claim checks, collect checks prior to issuing keys, maintain accurate ticket information, and collect revenue when applicable.
• Other duties – Deliver messages, items and guest amenities, shuttle guests to approved locations, and maintain overall cleanliness and organization of the service area.
