Job summary

You will greet guests, issue valet tickets, assist with directions, collect parking data, and uphold site policies while maintaining confidentiality.

This role requires clear English, basic math, the ability to move quickly in outdoor conditions, and a willingness to deliver exceptional service throughout arrivals and departures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 18 years of age minimum.
• 1-3 months related experience or training.
• Ability to read and write English.
• Basic math capabilities for handling rates and tickets.
• Ability to drive manual transmission and parallel park.

Responsibilities

• Direct vehicular traffic while providing attentive, friendly service to patients/guests.
• Assist marketing efforts with client outreach.
• Greet guests immediately and maintain professional demeanor; use Towne Park phone etiquette.
• Obtain and relay information about daily events and rates; maintain ticket/folio records.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles promptly and safely; assist with luggage as needed.
