Job summary

LAZ Parking in Memphis is seeking a Valet Attendant to welcome customers and park vehicles in a professional and courteous manner.

The role requires excellent English communication, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work outdoors in all weather. Base pay starts at $14.00 per hour with tips bringing earnings above $20/hour, plus full-time benefits including 401k, PTO and disability coverage.

A LAZ Overnight Valet Attendant plays a significant role in the success of the company. The first and last people our clients see upon arrival and departure make a lasting impression.

Responsibilities

• Park and retrieve cars efficiently and safely. Greet all customers by name, attend to their needs, and develop rapport.
• Help direct traffic to maintain a clean and organized flow of cars.
• Work independently or with minimal supervision, displaying a self‑reliant attitude.
• Promote excellent customer relations, going above and beyond to ensure customers love LAZ Parking.

• Dependable and responsible; never disappoints.
• Good driver with a clean driving record; can operate a standard or manual transmission vehicle.

Education
