Reimagined Parking is seeking a Valet Lead for UHealth (Mon–Fri) in Miami, FL. This full-time role oversees daily valet operations, supervises staff, and ensures safe, efficient service. Location: UHealth, 1400 NW 12th Ave, Miami. Pay: $17/hour plus tips.

Vaccination proof required prior to interview; benefits and growth opportunities available. Shifts run Monday through Friday with varying hours. The Valet Lead will coordinate staffing, monitor vehicle flow, and serve as the main escalation

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving records.
• Prior valet, parking, hospitality, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles (stick shift).
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must successfully pass a background check.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States; E‑Verify participation.

Responsabilités

• Supervise valet attendants and leads during assigned shifts to ensure consistent service standards.
• Coordinate staffing, breaks, and work assignments to meet operational demand.
• Monitor vehicle flow, staging, and retrieval to minimize congestion and guest wait times.
• Serve as the on‑site escalation point for guest concerns, service issues, incidents, or claims.
• Ensure consistent use of valet ticketing systems and accurate vehicle tracking.
• Enforce safety, traffic control, and vehicle‑handling procedures at all times.
• Respond to accidents, damage claims, or incidents and complete required documentation.
• Oversee cash handling, fee collection, and adherence to financial controls.
