Job summary

Reimagined Parking is seeking a Valet Lead for UHealth, based at 1400 NW 12th Ave, Miami. The role oversees daily valet operations, supervises attendants, and ensures safety and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. Compensation is $17/hour plus tips, with a Monday–Friday schedule.

Vaccination proof is required before starting, and candidates must pass a background check. The position emphasizes teamwork, training, and adherence to policy while delivering high-quality service to guests

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old and eligible to work in the United States.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Prior valet, parking, hospitality, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Pass a background check and provide vaccination records.
• Proof of required vaccinations before starting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise valet attendants and leads during shifts.
• Coordinate staffing, breaks, and assignments.
• Monitor vehicle flow and guest wait times.
• Escalate guest concerns and incidents on-site.
• Ensure accurate ticketing and vehicle tracking.
• Enforce safety procedures and local regulations.
• Oversee cash handling and end-of-shift revenue.
• Coach and train valet staff.
• Promote teamwork and professional guest interactions.
