Job summary

Reimagined Parking is seeking a Full-Time Valet Parking Attendant for UHealth SoLe Mia in North Miami, FL. You will greet guests, park and retrieve vehicles, and maintain accurate records while delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and the ability to pass a background check. It offers hourly compensation plus tips, with a schedule Monday–Friday and variable shift times.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Background check required
• Authorized to work in the United States per DHS rules (E-Verify)

Responsibilities

• Coordinate valet service from arrival to departure, greet guests, issue tickets, and enter data
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely with accurate tracking
• Inspect vehicles for pre-existing damage and document findings
• Provide excellent customer service and assist guests with parking needs
• Act as a brand ambassador, open doors and assist with loading/unloading personal items
• Direct traffic, maintain safety, and coordinate with towing if needed
• Process valet fees and help reconcile end-of-shift revenue
• Retrieve vehicles promptly and assist with luggage when necessary
• Report incidents to supervisor immediately
• Communicate professionally with guests, clients, and teammates
