Job summary

Reimagined Parking is seeking a Valet Supervisor for Prive Residences in Florida. You will oversee daily valet operations, supervise staff, manage vehicle flow, ensure safety, and act as the on-site escalation point for guests and clients.

The role requires staffing coverage, adherence to policies, and a service-focused culture while driving a smooth guest experience and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
• Valet, parking, hospitality, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles.
• Flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Authorized to work in the United States; E-Verify participation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise valet attendants and leads during assigned shifts.
• Coordinate staffing, breaks, and work assignments.
• Monitor vehicle flow, staging, and retrieval to minimize wait times.
• Serve as on-site escalation point for guest concerns and incidents.
• Ensure ticketing system use and accurate vehicle tracking.
• Enforce safety, traffic control, and vehicle-handling procedures.
• Oversee cash handling and revenue reconciliation.
• Assist with onboarding, training, and coaching of staff.
