Job summary

Towne Park LLC is seeking an Associate Manager at a designated Minnesota location. You will oversee guest/patient services, manage a small team, recruit and train staff, and coordinate with the client to meet service levels.

Your role includes monitoring performance, handling customer concerns, and ensuring accurate revenue reporting while maintaining compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in hospitality and guest service.
• Knowledge of safety, security policies, and customer service standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guest service is delivered exceptionally and consistently on all shifts.
• Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate associates; provide coaching and discipline when needed.
• Develop performance plans and conduct regular appraisals.
• Build cohesive relationships with client staff and maintain regular communication.
• Understand and drive business metrics including forecasting, productivity, and revenue reporting.
