H+H Automotive LLC in Omaha, NE is seeking a Full Time Associate to greet service guests, move vehicles in the drive, and help maintain the loaner fleet. You will provide top-notch customer service and assist the service team while driving with care on a 7am–4pm schedule, with rotating Saturdays when needed.

This position offers $17 per hour and requires operating various vehicles safely, a high-energy attitude, and a willingness to learn and grow within the company.

Qualifications

• Operate a motor vehicle cautiously and safely when moving in all directions.
• High energy with a positive attitude.
• Desire to grow, learn, and advance within the company.
• Perform bending, pushing, climbing, leaning, twisting, reaching, kneeling, crouching, and other maneuvers.
• Ability to confidently operate automatic, electric, hybrid, and manual vehicles is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the Service Drive for Guest arrival each day – move or coordinate vehicles left from the previous day.
• Assist in maintaining the Loaner Rental Fleet – clean, move and stage vehicles.
• Greet Service Guests at the Dealership and locate their appointment packet.
• Perform a groove glove inspection of every vehicle checked in.
• Pay $17/hour and support the Service Team during Monday–Friday 7am–4pm; rotating Saturdays when applicable.

Job Overview – How You’ll Contribute:

Do you enjoy driving? Do you love cars? Get PAID to DRIVE! We are looking for a Valet / Service Support worker where you will work as Service Support Agent to assist our Service Team at our ONYX Automotive location! In this role you will be providing top-notch Customer Service by greeting all Guests who enter the Service Drive. (Pay $17/hour)

• Prepare the Service Drive for Guest arrival each day – moving or coordinating the moving of any vehicles left in the Service Drive from the previous day’s business.
• Assist in maintaining the Loaner Rental Fleet as assigned, to include but not limited to cleaning vehicles, applying/removing decals, moving and staging vehicles.
• Greet Service Guests arriving at the Dealership. Locate Guest’s name on the Appointment Log and locate the Appointment Packet associated with that specific Guest.
• Perform a groove glove inspection of every vehicle that gets checked in.
• Pay $17/hour.
• Schedule: Monday-Friday 7am-4pm. Rotating Saturdays (if working Saturday, you will get Thursday off).
