The H+H Group is seeking a friendly Valet / Service Support at ONYX Automotive in Omaha. You will greet Guests, assist the Service Team, and drive customer vehicles safely during the service process.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the Service Drive for Guest arrival and coordinate vehicle movement.
• Assist in maintaining the Loaner Rental Fleet (cleaning, decals, staging).
• Greet Service Guests, locate appointment details, and hand them to staff.
• Perform a groove glove inspection on vehicles checked in.

Job description

Do you enjoy driving? Do you love cars? Get PAID to DRIVE! We are looking for a Valet / Service Support worker where you will work as Service Support Agent to assist our Service Team at our ONYX Automotive location! In this role you will be providing top-notch Customer Service by greeting all Guests who enter the Service Drive. (Pay $17/hour)

• Prepare the Service Drive for Guest arrival each day – moving or coordinating the moving of any vehicles left in the Service Drive from the previous day’s business.
• Assist in maintaining the Loaner Rental Fleet as assigned, to include but not limited to cleaning vehicles, applying/removing decals, moving and staging vehicles.
• Greet Service Guests arriving at the Dealership. Locate Guest’s name on the Appointment Log and locate the Appointment Packet associated with that specific Guest.
• Perform a groove glove inspection of every vehicle that gets checked in.
• Pay $17/hour.
• Schedule: Monday-Friday 7am-4pm. Rotating Saturdays (if working Saturday, you will get Thursday off).

Qualifications – What You Need to be Successful:

• Operate a motor vehicle cautiously and safely when moving in all directions (driving forward, backing up, and turning).
• High energy partnered with a positive attitude.
• Desire to grow, learn, and advance within the company.
• Perform bending, pushing, climbing, leaning, twisting, reaching, kneeling, crouching, and other maneuvers associated with the position.
• Ability to confidently operate automatic, electric, hybrid, and manual vehicles, is preferred.
