Job summary

Mt. Bachelor’s Rental Shop in Bend, Oregon seeks a valet staff member to deliver exceptional guest service and manage the valet/overnight storage system. You will assist guests with gear storage, ensure correct items are issued, and support rentals with boot fitting during downtime.

This indoor/outdoor role requires standing for long periods, exposure to elements, and teamwork to create an outstanding guest experience. Starting shifts begin late morning daily.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education: High School or Equivalent Required.
• 1 year in customer service, retail, hospitality, or related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service at the valet/rental counter.
• Manage lines and ensure correct gear is handed out.
• Assist with boot fitting and rental tasks as needed.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and assist with snow shoveling when required.
