Job summary

Powdr Corp. operates Mt. Bachelor in Oregon and seeks a valet staff member for the rental department.

You will deliver exceptional guest service, manage the valet/overnight storage system, and ensure proper gear handling for both valet and rental guests. The role involves indoor/outdoor work with potential downtime in rentals for boot fitting. Starting late morning each day, you will help guests with storage of equipment and assist with gear returns, tune/wax handling, and other daily tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year in customer service, retail, hospitality, or related role.
• Must pass certification test with binding manufacturers.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service in valet/overnight storage.
• Manage lines and ensure correct gear handouts and returns.
• Assist in rentals with boot fitting when needed.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and assist with snow removal as required.
• Stand for long periods and work outdoors in all weather.
