Position Summary

A Ticket Auditor is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and processing all tickets issued according to our company revenue policy.

Responsibilities

• Examining all tickets issued by an organization to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Verifying the validity of tickets and that they’ve been processed correctly.
• Ensuring ticketing processes and procedures are adhered to.
• Recording and tracking tickets issued during the shift.
• Communicating with supervisory or management roles to resolve ticketing issues.
• Use VPNE-preferred word choices while speaking with guests
• Make exceptional guest experiences the priority in every interaction
• Maintain a ready-to-serve posture that is welcoming to guests
• Make eye contact and smile to all guests to acknowledge them
• Make guest assistance the priority
• Work efficiently, without rushing, to assist guests
• Follow all cash handling guidelines per company policies

Qualifications:

Years of Experience: Entry Level

Language Skills: Proficient in English, both verbally and written

Education Requirements: High School Diploma/GED

Requirements:
