Job summary

LAZ Parking is seeking a Valet Supervisor at Tulsa Airport to oversee daily operations and maximize revenue while delivering top-tier customer service. This on-site role collaborates with location management to drive performance and ensure shift success.

Responsibilities

• Support location management with financial, operational, safety and service-related success.
• Ensure LAZ internal stand-up meetings (Pre-Shifts or "Huddles") are held each shift.
• Ensures staff adheres to rules of conduct, policies and procedures.
• Embrace, resolve, and see through to resolution any customer service or client concerns.
• Communicates any challenges to Location Management to address.
• Ensure new employees are fully trained in completing end of shift report.
• Basic equipment troubleshooting.
• Reconcile the keys at the end of the shift, with the current inventory.
• Serves as a primary point of contact for patrons during the shift to receive and distribute tickets, keys and cash.
• Greets customers in a friendly manner and is responsive with correspondence and problem resolution during the shift.
• Parks and returns customer vehicles upon request and as necessary in a timely manner.

The Spirit Of The Position

The Valet Supervisor oversees operations with the direction of location management while ensuring that increased revenue, managed expenses, and customer satisfaction is maximized by maintaining the highest level of service thresholds and initiatives that are aligned with the expectations of our client.

Principal Job Duties

• Support location management with financial, operational, safety andservice-relatedsuccess.
• Ensure LAZ internal stand-up meetings (Pre-Shifts or "Huddles") are held each shift.
• Ensures staff adheres to rules of conduct, policies and procedures.
• Embrace, resolve, and see through to resolution any customer service or client concerns.
• Communicates any challenges to Location Management to address.
• Ensure new employees are fully trained in completing end of shift report.
• Basic equipment troubleshooting.
• Reconcile the keys at the end of the shift, with the current inventory.
• Serves as a primary point of contact for patrons during the shift to receive and distribute tickets, keys and cash.
• Greets customers in a friendly manner (e.g., ideally by name) and is responsive and timely with correspondence and problem resolution during the shift
• Parks and returns customer vehicles upon request and as necessary in a timely manner.
• Signs/Initials as the "valet" on shift cash-out sheets and provides shift cash-out sheets to the company manager responsible for the shift, answering any questions thereon.
• Additional duties as assigned.
• The Valet Supervisor will be expected to work varying hours including weekends, evenings, nights, etc.

People

• Assist with the management and development of the team to accomplish annual and periodic goals/initiatives, while embodying and using LAZ Parking's culture as a guideline.
• Identify high potential employees to support the organization’s continued growth, both within your region and outside.
• Ensureall safety initiatives from the National Safety & Training Manager, Hospitality are rolled out to new and existing employees.
• Any and all safety concerns are reported to the Location Manager/Assistant Managers for review and suggestions on how to improve safety at your operation.
• Supervises, mentors, and trains staff on day-to-day activities in the absence of management.

Product

• Assists in establishing performance standards, recommending, and implementing changes to procedures when necessary.
• Drive service results and establish goals by monitoring and responding to results from LAZ Service Shopper Reports and airport internal service metrics.
• Responsible for cultivating client relationships and business retention.

Profit

• Responsible for claims and safety related training and prevention initiatives.
• Responsible for overall financial success during their shift.
• Daily,weekly,monthly, andannual financial and operational reports as required.

Education

• High school diploma or GED required.

Experience

• Supervisory experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service experience.
• Valid driver's license required.
