Job summary

LAZ Parking is seeking an Operations Supervisor for Tulsa Airport to oversee valet and shuttle operations and ensure smooth daily transactions. You will supervise staff, train and mentor, maintain safety and service standards, and generate reports on revenue and performance.

The role requires a high school diploma, parking industry experience, and strong customer service skills; supervisory experience is preferred. Full-time, hourly pay $16.00/hr.

Responsibilities

  • Ensures staff adheres to rules of conduct, policies and procedures.
  • Supervises, mentors, and trains staff on day-to-day activities.
  • Assists in establishing performance standards, recommending, and implementing changes to procedures when necessary.
  • Ensures all passengers are picked up and dropped off.
  • Ensures all valet customer vehicles are properly logged and inventory is completed.
  • Promote good customer relations by consistently providing premier customer satisfaction with a friendly demeanor, can-do attitude, and willingness to always help.
  • Assist customers over intercom system, in lobbies, lanes, and in the parking office.
  • Responsible for running any reports related to daily revenue, credit cards, garage data or other reports requested by management.
  • Ensure that shift end reports are accurate prior to sign-off.
  • Ensure that change fund is accurate at end of shift.
  • Assists with periodic training as needed.
  • Ensure all ticket dispensers are filled as needed.
  • Assists with staffing needs.
  • Resolves customer service issues or questions as needed.
  • Greet by/use name, be responsive and timely with correspondence and problem resolution, and display a caring attitude, develop a rapport with the customer base.
  • Accept daily transactions and debit payments and process credit cards.
  • Basic computer skills in the parking revenue control system
  • Other related duties as assigned.

The Spirit Of The Position

Operations Supervisor is responsible for all internal and external communications within the operation. They are also responsible for overseeing that valet and shuttle operations are closed out effectively and efficiently.

Pay Rate: $16.00/hr

Location: Tulsa Airport

Job Type: Full-time

Principal Job Duties

Education
  • High school diploma or GED required.

Physical Demands
  • Ability to lift, push and pull at least 25 pounds.
  • Ability to stand, walk and run for extended periods of time.
  • Ability bend, stoop, squat and lift frequently throughout a shift.
  • Willingness to work in the elements – heat, wind, snow, rain, etc.
