Job summary

Aquarius Gaming, LLC is seeking a Valet Parking Attendant to support daily valet operations, transport guest vehicles safely, and deliver courteous service as the first point of contact for arriving guests. You will greet guests, assist with luggage, verify check-in status, and document vehicle conditions.

Maintain a clean valet area, comply with gaming laws and internal controls, and contribute to a team-driven, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 6 months of valet or guest service experience preferred.
• Ability to concentrate and think clearly under driving conditions.
• Ability to drive all vehicle types, including manual and automatic.
• Follow instructions and complete tasks accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Park and retrieve guest vehicles promptly and safely.
• Greet guests, assist with luggage, verify check-in status.
• Document vehicle damage and secure guest keys accurately.
• Maintain a clean valet area and driveways, and operate key booth.
• Ensure compliance with gaming laws and internal controls.
• Provide outstanding guest service and work with team members.
