Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills is seeking a courteous Valet Parking Attendant. You will greet guests, assist with parking, and ensure safe, seamless service in a luxury hotel setting, delivering the refined experience our guests expect.

Ideal candidates hold a valid California driver’s license with a clean driving record, can drive both manual and automatic transmissions, and have at least one year of luxury hospitality experience in valet services.

Qualifications

• California driver's license and clean driving record are required.
• Experience in luxury hospitality improves suitability.
• Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmission.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests arriving by car and assist with parking as needed.
• Issue valet parking tickets when applicable.
• Drive guests' vehicles to hotel or local garage, following traffic laws.
• Open hotel doors and provide a verbal welcome to guests.
• Provide directions and information about local attractions.
• Handle guest interactions with hospitality and resolve inquiries.

What we expect:

• Greetsguests who arrive by private car andassistsguests descending from cars.

• Issuesappropriate valetparking ticket to guests when Door Staff is unavailable.

• Drives car to hotel or local garage, adhering to all traffic regulations, and speed limits, using caution not to damage the vehicle and other vehicles in the vicinity.Yields to pedestrians.

• Assesses any damage tovehicle.Clearlynotesany damageonclaim ticket along with location of vehicle when parked.Depositskey and ticket with Valet Cashier.

• Opens hotel doors for all guests and gives verbal welcome when not parking or retrieving guest cars.

• Provides guests with directions, recommendations, and information about the city and its attractions.Hailstaxis as needed.

• Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; resolves customer complaints,assistscustomers in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in‑house events, etc.

Ideal candidate will have:

• A valid California driver’s license andgooddrivingrecord.

• Ability to drive bothmanualand automatic.

• At leastone‑yearexperience in luxuryhospitalitysettingas Valet Parking Attendant.
