Job summary

Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in Los Angeles seeks a Housekeeping Floor Supervisor to ensure every guest room meets the highest standards. You will lead Room Attendants and Housemen on the floors, conduct inspections, and maintain impeccable cleaning and service on every shift.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of relevant experience, strong supervisory and training abilities, and proficiency with Opera and HotSOS, plus MS Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year experience or related work.
• Good communication and written skills are essential
• Strong training and supervisory skill are essential in this role
• Computer proficiency with MS Office
• Ability to use the property management systems such as Opera systems, HotSOS systems.

Responsibilities

• The Floor Supervisor is responsible for ensuring all guest rooms meet the highest standards as set by Four Seasons Hotels.
• Keep all linen closets neat, cleaned and stocked.
• Inspect rooms daily, including check-out, vacant and make-up rooms for cleanliness and to ensure rooms are defect free.
• Inspect all VIP rooms prior to guest arrival.
• Report to the Housekeeping Coordinator any maintenance deficiencies that require immediate attention and follow up on their status.
• Ensure that all vacant/clean rooms and stay over rooms have an updated status.
• Ensure proper care and use of equipment, carts, baskets, cleaning and guest room supplies.
• Ensure that all Lost and Found items are promptly forwarded to the Lost and Found Department.
• Personally conduct training as required and on a regular basis.
• Monitor the implementation and progress of training programs on their effectiveness.
• Regularly conduct and evaluate performance reviews.
• Report any loss or damage to furniture, fixtures, or equipment on guest floors to the Assistant Director of Housekeeping.
