Job summary

Reimagined Parking is seeking a full-time Valet Parking Attendant for Harbour at New River in Fort Lauderdale. The role involves greeting guests, parking and retrieving vehicles, collecting fees, and delivering excellent customer service while adhering to safety standards.

Shifts vary and may include weekends; compensation is $16 per hour plus tips. Must be at least 18, have a valid driver's license, pass a background check, and be eligible to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must pass a background check and be eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, retrieve keys, issue tickets, and enter data into electronic devices.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely, track locations, and ensure proper placement.
• Inspect for pre-existing damage and document findings.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist guests with directions or needs.
• Act as brand ambassador, assist with loading/unloading and door opening.
• Direct traffic, monitor areas, and arrange towing when needed.
• Process valet fees and help reconcile end-of-shift revenue.
• Promptly retrieve vehicles for waiting guests and assist with luggage.
• Report incidents to supervisor immediately.
• Communicate professionally with guests, clients, and teammates.
