Reimagined Parking is hiring a Valet Parking Attendant (Seasonal) for Sunset Harbour South in Miami Beach, FL. Pay is $17/hour plus tips. Shifts vary and may include weekends; reporting to the Operations Manager.

The role requires greeting guests, parking and retrieving vehicles, and delivering friendly customer service while following safety standards. Valid license and background check are required; E‑Verify participation is noted in the posting.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Must pass a background check.
• Authorized to work in the United States per company policy and applicable laws.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the full valet service process from arrival to departure, including greeting guests, retrieving keys, issuing tickets, and entering customer information.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and efficiently with accurate tracking.
• Inspect vehicles for pre-existing damage and document findings.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist guests as needed.
• Act as a brand ambassador by courteously interacting with guests and assisting with loading/unloading items.
• Maintain vehicle safety by directing traffic and monitoring drive areas.
• Process valet fees and assist with end-of-shift revenue reconciliation.
• Retrieve vehicles promptly for waiting guests and assist with luggage when needed.
• Report incidents promptly to the supervisor.
• Communicate professionally with guests, clients, and teammates.
