Job summary

SP+ in Fort Lauderdale is seeking a Valet Attendant to deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment. You will safely park vehicles, explain rates, and assist clients, while adhering to traffic laws and company policies.

You'll work the afternoon shift (3pm-11pm/1am) with tips in addition to the hourly wage. A valid driver's license and US work eligibility are required; prior valet or customer-facing experience is a plus. Join a team committed to safety and service excellence.

Qualifications

• A valid state driver’s license, current address, and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to safely drive a vehicle with a manual transmission is a plus.
• Availability to work special shifts (2nd, 3rd shift and/or weekends).
• Proof of eligibility to work legally in the U.S. (must provide valid documentation if hired).
• Ability to provide accurate information to customers and co-workers and respond professionally to problems or complaints.
• Ability to read, write, add, and subtract US currency and comprehend instructions, emails, and memos.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and adapt to changes and delays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on our Promise by resolving client requests and concerns efficiently, and communicating proactively with clients.
• Inspect every vehicle before parking, noting all findings.
• Explain valet rates to customers.
• Observe traffic laws and safe driving practices.
• Report accidents, hazards, and policy violations to management.
• Know major streets and landmarks to ensure seamless transportation for customers.
• Come to work in a clean uniform, on time, and ready to work.
• Remain in uniform for the shift.
• Assist management with additional duties as assigned
