Job summary

Four Seasons Maui is seeking a Valet Parking Attendant to warmly greet hotel and banquet guests, drive and retrieve vehicles, and ensure a smooth departure experience.

Ideal candidates have a high school education or equivalent, prior customer service or hotel/resort experience, and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Strong English communication and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays are essential to deliver the exceptional hospitality the brand stands for.

Valet Parking Attendant

Creates a strong sense of arrival for hotel, restaurant and banquet guests by welcoming them to the hotel and safely parking their car in the hotel or local garage. Assists Door Staff by opening front door when not parking cars. Assures that guests' departure is swift by retrieving guests' cars in a timely manner. This role is part of the Rooms Division, reporting to the Guest Services Management Team. Candidates must have valid authorization to work in the United States at the time of application.

What You Will Do

• Drives vehicles to hotel or local garage as well as retrieving them for our guests.
• Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; resolves customer complaints, assists customers in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, etc.
• Greets guests who arrive by private car and assists guests descending from cars.

What You Bring

• High School education or equivalent experience.
• Previous experience required in customer service. Hotel/Resort experience highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language.
• Requires working knowledge of activities and points of interest in Maui.
• Able to drive standard and automatic vehicles
• Can work efficiently and effectively in a fast paced demanding environment.
• Valid Driver's License and clean abstract
