Job summary

Four Seasons Maui is seeking a dedicated Food Server Assistant to help deliver exceptional dining experiences. You will support the Food Server by delivering food from the kitchen, ensuring accuracy, and assisting with table setup and guest requests.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and deliver food from kitchen to guest with accuracy and timeliness.

About the role

Serve guest needs by assisting the Food Server with delivery of food from kitchen and completing guest requests.

What you will do

• Inspect and deliver food from kitchen to the guest ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Assist in clearing, cleaning and set-up of tables, chairs, linens, china , glass and silver for service in an unobtrusive manner; greet guests according to Four Seasons Standards to ensure superior service.
• Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
• Assist in stocking linens, china , glass, silver, and food items for service; assist in preparation of smaller items such as toast, soup, or beverages.

• The hospitality business functions seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) hours a day and scheduled days and times may vary based on need.
