Responsibilities

As a Security Supervisor, you play a critical role in safeguarding our guests, employees, and valuable assets. Your purpose is to maintain a secure environment for all while upholding the reputation of our hotel. Your ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks will be invaluable.

Here Is How You’ll Make a Difference

• Safety and Security Oversight:
  • Proactively handle and document guest and employee incidents, including accidents, noise complaints, and any suspicious individuals on the premises.
  • Implement all security and safety policies and procedures to maintain a protective environment.
  • Take an active role in leading workplace health and safety trainings for hotel staff.
• Emergency Response and Crisis Management:
  • Assist hotel management in addressing unusual situations, from disorderly conduct to emergencies like fires, robberies, or medical incidents.
  • Take an active role in executing our Crisis Management Plan, including fire panel training and command post objectives.
• Surveillance and Risk Mitigation:
  • Ensure officers are monitoring the Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) system diligently to identify and address potential security threats.
  • Review recorded footage when necessary to investigate suspicious incidents.
• Operational Excellence:
  • Conduct uniform and equipment inspections during shift briefings to ensure readiness of officers.
  • Review and correct officer Incident Reports, Glitches and Daily Activity Reports (DARS) before final distribution.
  • Assist in preparing security surveys and safety risk assessments

• Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated computer literacy is essential. Proficiency in using software applications, navigating digital platforms, and troubleshooting technical issues is highly valued.
