Job summary

Caesars New Orleans Casino & Hotel is seeking a Supervisor of Training to develop and guide departmental staff including valet, cashiers, and transport drivers on service standards and procedures. You will ensure accurate payroll processing, timely evaluations, and adherence to company policies.

The role requires strong leadership, exceptional communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume casino environment.

Qualifications

• Strong supervisory leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Must be computer literate in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Four years of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Motivate personnel and supervise cashiers, valet staff, and related roles.
• Observe, verify and supervise cash and other transactions for accuracy and prompt service.
• Complete daily personnel assignments and reassess staffing based on business volume.
• Process payroll, exception reports, and personnel forms with accuracy.
• Provide evaluations and developmental plans with clear directives to meet standards.
• Maintain rapport with Players, subordinates, colleagues and other departments.
• Handle customer disputes to achieve satisfaction and appropriate resolution.
• Inspect equipment and report discrepancies; propose corrections.
• Coordinate and implement special projects; serve as a role model for Caesars standards.
