Job summary

VPNE is seeking an Assistant Valet Manager to contribute to a safe and smoothly run operation at our Boston location. You will train and develop team members, enforce VPNE policies, and provide on-the-job coaching while coordinating with the Valet and General Manager.

The role involves scheduling, customer service excellence, vehicle handling, KPI tracking, and leadership to foster a positive team culture, with a Mon-Fri 2pm-11pm schedule and occasional on-call duties.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in Hospitality or Customer Service.
• Proficient in English (verbal and written).
• Associate or bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee schedule coverage to ensure full staffing and break coverage.
• Operate vehicles safely and manage vehicle flow.
• Track keys and vehicles throughout the operation.
• Maintain neat and clean work areas.
• Provide excellent customer service and greet guests.
• Be a point of contact for customer inquiries or needs.
• Manage incident responses (accidents, lost keys, code red) to maintain operations.
• Adhere to VPNE appearance standards and professionalism.
• Understand and support KPIs for VPNE.
• Lead a positive culture and coach team members.
