VPNE seeks an Assistant Valet Manager to support the safe, efficient operation at our Boston location. You will train and develop team members, implement VPNE policies, and provide on-the-job coaching while coordinating with the Valet team and General Manager.

Qualifications

• Years of experience: 1+ years in Hospitality or Customer Service.
• Language: Proficient in English both verbally and written.
• Education: Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee schedule coverage and ensure all positions are staffed.
• Operate vehicles in a safe manner and oversee vehicle flow.
• Track keys and vehicles; maintain organization of spaces.
• Provide top-notch customer service during guest arrivals and departures.
• Be a point of contact for customer inquiries or needs.
• Manage any incident or disruption to maintain smooth operations.
• Adhere to VPNE professionalism and appearance standards.
• Support training and development of team members and enforcement of policies.
