Job summary

VPNE Parking Solutions LLC is seeking an Assistant Valet Manager to help run a safe, efficient operation. You’ll train and coach staff, enforce VPNE policies, and maintain high guest service standards at our Boston location.

Focus on scheduling, vehicle handling, key tracking, and operational readiness while supporting a positive team culture and performance improvements. Flexibility for evenings and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in Hospitality or Customer Service.
• Proficient in English both verbally and written.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee schedule coverage and ensure appropriate staffing for shifts.
• Safely operate and manage valet operations and vehicles.
• Track keys and vehicles; maintain organization of work areas.
• Provide excellent guest service and assist guests at arrival and departure.
• Respond to customer inquiries and incidents to maintain smooth operations.
• Support training and development of team members; enforce VPNE policies.
• Monitor operations metrics and assist with cost control and budgeting.
