12 Oaks Parking is seeking a Valet Operation Manager in St. Louis to oversee the full valet operation, ensuring smooth, customer-focused service during hours of operation. You will lead valets, schedule staff, interview and hire associates, respond to incidents, and maintain professional relations with guests and partners.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience managing parking or valet operations.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record; 18+ years old.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Friendly, professional, and team-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire valet operation, ensuring smooth and efficient performance
• Lead a team of valets with a focus on operational excellence and outstanding customer service, fostering a productive, cooperative, and inclusive work environment
• Create and manage staff schedules to meet operational needs
• Conduct interviews and hire associates as needed
• Respond promptly to accidents, incidents, or safety concerns
• Complete daily and weekly lot reports, weekly tip-out distributions, and weekly revenue entries
• Coach, counsel, and, when necessary, terminate team members while ensuring accountability and performance standards are met
• Train team members on customer service, safety, and inclusion best practices
• Perform all duties in a timely and effective manner, following company policies and procedures to achieve operational objectives
• Maintain courteous and professional relationships with guests, partners, subordinates, fellow associates, supervisors, and managers
• Perform other duties as assigned to support smooth operations

The Role: Valet Operation Manager

Location: St. Louis, MissouriSchedule: Monday through Sunday; during hours of operation

What You'll Do

• Oversee the entire valet operation, ensuring smooth and efficient performance
