12 Oaks Parking in Millburn, NJ is seeking a Valet Supervisor to oversee daily operations, lead a team of valets, and ensure safe, efficient parking during all hours.

This role offers $22.00 per hour plus tips, a Monday‑Sunday schedule, and opportunities for growth in a fast-paced, guest-centered service environment.

Qualifications

• A positive leader who takes pride in doing things right and inspires others.
• High school diploma or GED required
• At least 1 year of leadership experience
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
• Friendly, professional attitude and team spirit
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and at least 18 years of age

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations to ensure vehicles are parked and retrieved safely and efficiently
• Lead a team of valets with a focus on operational excellence and outstanding customer service, fostering a productive, cooperative, and inclusive work environment
• Create and manage staff schedules to meet operational needs
• Produce weekly labor and revenue reports
• Issue parking violations
• With oversight, conduct interviews and hire associates as needed
• Coach and counsel team members
• Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care, turning challenges into positive experiences
• Work together to keep operations smooth and maintain a polished, professional appearance

The Role: Valet Supervisor

Location: Millburn, New Jersey Schedule: Monday through Sunday; during hours of operation Pay: $22.00 per hour, plus tips
