Qualifikationen

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain an acceptable driving record.
• Previous valet, parking operations, or hospitality experience is preferred, with supervisory or team lead experience.
• Ability to safely operate a variety of vehicles, including automatic and, preferably, manual-transmission vehicles.
• Strong guest service, communication, and problem-solving skills, including resolving service concerns professionally.
• Ability to lead by example, delegate duties, and train/coach valet team members.
• Ability to prioritize competing demands, exercise sound judgment, and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organization and attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate shift records and use valet or parking systems.

Aufgaben

• Lead the valet team in providing prompt, courteous service to arriving and departing guests.
• Address guest questions and service concerns professionally, escalating unresolved matters to management.
• Monitor vehicle retrieval times, guest queues, and service delivery to keep arrivals and departures moving efficiently.
• Ensure team members communicate parking procedures, rates, and hotel information accurately.
• Coordinate guest assistance and keep routes and loading areas clear.
• Assist with greeting guests, luggage, and valet service during peak periods.
• Verify accurate valet ticketing, vehicle condition checks, and vehicle location records.
• Direct parking and retrieval activities, vehicle staging, and traffic flow to support safe, efficient operations.
• Monitor key control and verify vehicles are released only through guest verification procedures.
• Review shift tickets, parking transactions, and cash-handling records, reporting discrepancies to management.
• Lead by example to maintain AAA Parking’s appearance, conduct, and guest service standards.
• Ensure the valet stand, drive lanes, and parking areas remain clean and ready for service.
• Coordinate with hotel front desk, bell services, security, and management; report staffing needs promptly.
